Continuum Solutions’ High-Caliber Retreat for Texas’s Female Founders

There’s something uniquely powerful about getting women leaders out of the boardroom and into the field—literally.

This October, Houston-based startup Continuum Solutions is bringing together a group of bold, entrepreneurial women for a weekend of connection, strategy, and upland bird hunting at the 5J Ranch in San Saba, Texas. The retreat, happening October 24–26, is more than just a getaway. It’s a high-touch, intentionally curated networking experience for female founders across Texas who want to build deeper relationships with other women at the helm of growing companies.

The event is co-sponsored by Savvy Oil & Gas Consulting, another female-founded company that’s made a name for itself in the energy sector. The programming is being hosted by BirdDog Adventures, a San Saba-based outfitter known for premium hunting experiences. Attendees will participate in two guided upland bird hunts (quail, pheasant, and chukar), with the option to unwind afterward with live music, bourbon and wine tastings, and long-table meals under the stars.

For the team behind Continuum Solutions, this event is a natural extension of their mission.

Founded by women, built for founders, Continuum is a fast-growing talent placement firm based in Houston that works exclusively with early-stage companies. Their specialty? Helping founders build high-quality teams through hands-on, values-driven recruiting. Whether it’s placing a founding engineer, a head of ops, or a fractional leader, they understand the stakes (because they’ve been in the trenches too).

The Continuum team stated their intention to create something that felt different from your average mixer or panel event;

“An unforgettable weekend that we’re proud to be hosting.”

Female founders in any industry are encouraged to apply. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy and impact of the experience.

More details and registration info can be found on Continuum’s website or by following them on LinkedIn.

Whether you’ve raised a Series A or you’re bootstrapping your first client invoice, this is a rare chance to step back, recharge, and connect with the kind of founders you want in your corner for the long haul.
